- Strawberry cake mix: Choose your favorite brand. You want just the powder. Do not prepare the mix.
- Sprinkles
Tools
- Medium pot: Choose a pot that can fit all your ingredients for melting your chocolate
- Glass Pan: An 8×8 or 9×9 pan work best

Expert Tips
- Make sure to stir the chocolate constantly and keep it on a very low heat, otherwise it may burn.
- A lot of the flavor in this recipe comes from the white chocolate, so choose a good one!
- For even more strawberry flavor, try adding some bits of freeze-dried strawberries into your mix
- For perfectly smooth cuts, try dipping your knife in hot water, then drying off quickly so the knife stays warm. This helps it cut through the fudge much easier. You could do the same with cookie cutters if you want to make some fun shapes!
Recipe FAQs
This fudge can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bring it to room temperature before enjoying it!
It is possible to melt your white chocolate in the microwave, but I don’t recommend it. It’s important to melt your white chocolate at a low heat to keep it from seizing up and becoming tough and unusable.
It is much easier to control the heat and keep an eye on your chocolate if you stick with a pan over low heat. I know, it’s another messy pan to clean, but it’s worth it!
If you want a chocolate strawberry fudge you can easily replace the white chocolate with semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips or just add some mini chocolate chips on top along with your sprinkles!
