Equipment

  • Medium pot
  • Glass Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup strawberry cake mix, unprepared
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8” pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a small pot on the stove, add the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate completely melts.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, remove the mixture from the heat and add the strawberry cake mix. Stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the strawberry fudge mixture into the prepared 8x8 dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle the top of the fudge with the sprinkles.
  • Cover the fudge and place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours until fully cooled.
  • Once cooled, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 6 equal rows in each direction, creating 36 squares of fudge. Serve and enjoy!

  • White chocolate chips: Choose a good, high-quality chocolate chip as this provides a lot of the flavor
  • Strawberry cake mix: Do not prepare the mix.
  • Make sure to stir the chocolate constantly and keep it on a very low heat, otherwise it may burn.
  • A lot of the flavor in this recipe comes from the white chocolate, so choose a good one!
  • For even more strawberry flavor, try adding some bits of freeze-dried strawberries into your mix
  • For perfectly smooth cuts, try dipping your knife in hot water, then drying off quickly so the knife stays warm. This helps it cut through the fudge much easier. You could do the same with cookie cutters if you want to make some fun shapes!
  • Make sure to stir the chocolate constantly and keep it on a very low heat, otherwise it may burn.
