Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Celery
This Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Celery takes a deliciously simple Spinach Artichoke Dip and layers it into the hollow of a celery stalk for a healthy and delicious way to eat your favorite veggie!

We have experimented with quite a few flavors of stuffed celery over the past few weeks. After my original Stuffed Celery Recipe went viral on Facebook, I started playing around with other variations.
So far, the French Onion Stuffed Celery is absolutely perfect for onion lovers with crispy fried onions in every bite. And the Pineapple Stuffed Celery is ideal for those that want a sweet addition to their veggie!
As an avid lover of Spinach Artichoke Dip, I knew that the next flavor variation I wanted to try was a Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Celery! And the simple spinach artichoke dip that we added to the celery turned out so amazing, that I’m thinking of adding an independent Spinach Artichoke Dip to my site.
This dip is cheesy, creamy, and packed with just the right amount of spinach and artichoke in every bite. Plus, layering it into a celery stalk means that you don’t have to feel bad about eating all of it 😉
Key Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Celery

- Cream Cheese: I recommend using whipped cream cheese to make it easier to spread and add in fillings. You can also experiment with flavored cream cheese if you desire, but I think that plain is perfect for this recipe.
- Parmesan Cheese: Either freshly grated yourself or pre-grated is fine. I recommend using grated parmesan cheese (as opposed to shredded or shaved cheese) so that the cheese gets equally distributed in every bite and fits well within the celery.
- Spinach: I used frozen spinach and then just put it in a colander and ran it under water for a few minutes until it thawed. Make sure to squeeze out all the extra water before adding the spinach to your dip or it will get runny.
- Artichoke Hearts: Canned or jarred is fine. Cut it finely so it fits in the celery.
How to Make this Recipe

Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the filling ingredients.

Step 2: Mix until well blended.

Step 3: Spread the dip into the hollow of celery sticks. Serve and enjoy!
What stuffed celery recipe should I try next? I’m thinking buffalo chicken… what do you think?
