Oreo Fudge (Fail Proof Recipe!)
Oreo Fudge has all the delicious flavor of Oreo you love in a bite of creamy, sweet fudge. It’s the perfect treat for fudge lovers, Oreo lovers, and everyone in between!

Fudge is such a perfectly shareable treat. The best part about it is you can find a fudge for anyone. From the classic Carnation fudge or 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge to a surprising Strawberry Fudge, there are a million variations and each is more delicious than the last.
I tried the Carnation Fudge recipe and fell absolutely in love. It is very difficult to mess up, which is the perfect solution for making a quick dessert without much experience. This recipe just takes that classic recipe and changes up the ingredients to make a brand new flavor!
This Oreo fudge is perfect for those who love a good “cookies and cream” treat. With bits of Oreo coated in white chocolate fudge, it is creamy and so, so good!
Like most fudge, this recipe is not difficult to make. It does require the right measurements and temperature to achieve the perfect texture, but the simple ingredients and the addition of mini marshmallows make it easy to nail.
Just like Christmas Crockpot Crack or Lucky Charms Rice Krispie Treats, add this fudge to your list of simple and delicious foolproof treats.

Ingredients to Make Oreo Fudge
Here is a visual overview of the ingredients in the recipe. Scroll down to the recipe at the bottom for quantities.
- Butter: I use unsalted so I can control the amount of salt in the recipe.
- Evaporated milk: Evaporated milk is perfect for caramels and fudge because it can be cooked at a higher temperature without curdling. Regular milk will not work as a substitute
- Granulated sugar
- Miniature marshmallows: This makes the fudge more airy and light and aids in it solidifying
- White chocolate chips: Choose a high-quality brand for the best flavor
- Vanilla: Vanilla extract helps balance out the flavors
- Chopped Oreos (plus more for decoration): I personally do not feel like there is a good substitute for classic oreos, though you can use the gluten free ones to make a gluten free recipe!
Tools
- Medium pot
- 8×8 or 9×9 glass pan
- Parchment paper: Fudge can be sticky. Parchment paper makes it easy to take the fudge out of the pan to cut it.
How to Make this Oreo Fudge Recipe
Step One: Bring the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Step Two: Stir in the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, vanilla, and chopped oreos.
Step Three: Stir until melted.
Step Four: Pour into the prepared baking dish and decorate as desired. Cool completely before cutting into squares
Expert Tips
- Keep an eye on your mixture the entire time it is on the heat. It can easily burn! Be sure and use a low temperature to keep your chocolate from seizing.
- Be careful with your measurements. Proper measuring will ensure the right texture at the end.
- Be patient with letting your mixture boil. You want it to boil for five minutes before you add the marshmallows. It needs to reach the right temperature to set properly.
- For the best slices, let your fudge get nice and cold before you try to cut it.
