Oreo Fudge

Oreo Fudge has all the delicious flavor of Oreo you love in a bite of creamy, sweet fudge. It’s the perfect treat for fudge lovers, Oreo lovers, and everyone in between!

Equipment

  • Medium pot
  • 8x8 or 9x9 Glass Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 1 ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos, plus more for decoration

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8” glass pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
  • Stir in the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, vanilla, and chopped oreos. Stir for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows and chocolate melt.
  • Pour into the prepared baking dish and decorate as desired (I topped mine with extra Oreos).
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!

  • Evaporated milk: Regular milk will not work as a substitute.
  • White chocolate chips: Choose a high-quality brand for the best flavor.
  • Chopped Oreos (plus more for decoration): You can use the gluten free ones to make a gluten free recipe!
  • Keep an eye on your mixture the entire time it is on the heat. It can easily burn! Be sure and use a low temperature to keep your chocolate from seizing.
  • Be careful with your measurements. Proper measuring will ensure the right texture at the end.
  • Be patient with letting your mixture boil. You want it to boil for five minutes before you add the marshmallows. It needs to reach the right temperature to set properly.
  • For the best slices, let your fudge get nice and cold before you try to cut it.
