  • Celery Stalks: I buy them already cleaned in a bag, but you can also buy a head of celery and cut off the top and bottom of each stalk!
  • Whipped Cream Cheese: Allow your cream cheese to come to room temperature to make mixing easy. I love the light and airy texture of whipped cream cheese, but you can also use regular. If you use whipped cream cheese, you can mix this easily by hand.
  • Ranch Seasoning Mix: You can use any powdered ranch seasoning. I used Hidden Valley.
  • Bacon Bits: Save time by using a package of bacon bits, or for extra flavor, make your own.
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: You can grate your own cheese or use packaged shredded cheese. You could also substitute Colby Jack if you don’t have cheddar on hand.
  • If using block cream cheese, it’s much easier to mix it if you allow it to come to room temperature first! If you are using whipped cream cheese, you will be able to mix it right out of the fridge.
  • Make sure your celery hearts are cleaned and dry before you begin filling. If your celery hearts are still a bit moist it can be difficult to get the cream cheese mixture to stick.
