  • 1 cup Pecans
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • cup Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • Cream Cheese: You can use reduced fat if you like, but I like the creaminess of regular. Make sure it is softened to room temperature to make mixing easier.
  • Pecans: You can use half or chop into small pieces. You can roast them lightly to bring out even more flavor.
  • Dipper Options - Apple slices, Chocolate chip cookies, Graham crackers, Pretzels, Ritz crackers, Pie Crust Chips, Pita Chips, Shortbread cookies, Strawberries
  • Be careful not to add your pecan mixture on top while it is still hot. You want it to be warm enough to pour but not so hot that it melts your cream cheese
  • This dip is best served at room temperature, not too hot or too cold
