Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, add all of the bread ingredients except for the apples. Use an electric hand mixer to combine everything together.
Use a rubber spatula to stir the diced apples into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x5x2 bread loaf pan.
In a small bowl, stir the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Drizzle with the melted butter, and stir until a crumble forms.
Spoon the crumble over the top of the batter in the bread pan.
Bake the apple bread for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the bread to rest until it comes to room temperature. Then serve with butter and a warm beverage. Enjoy!
