Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 6 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup Christmas Jimmies

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and use an electric hand mixer to blend until creamy.
  • Add the Christmas Tree Cakes and salt into the bowl and mix using the electric hand mixer until the cakes are broken apart and mostly incorporated into the cream cheese. You can leave some chunks of cake as well for better texture.
  • Add the cool whip and christmas sprinkles into the bowl and mix by hand with a rubber spatula until everything is combined.
  • Garnish with more sprinkles and serve with pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, and anything else that sounds delicious. Enjoy!

  • Cream Cheese: You can use full or reduced fat. Soften to room temperature to make mixing a breeze
  • Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes: You can substitute any Little Debbie cakes you prefer.
  • Cool Whip: Any whipped topping will work. You can even make your own. Make sure your cool whip is thawed so it mixes easily.
  • Christmas Jimmies: Use any Christmas sprinkles you like.
  • This dip mixture won’t be completely smooth and that is OK. I like to maintain some chunks of the Christmas Tree Cakes for even more texture.
  • You can easily mix up this dip without an electric hand mixer. Make sure your cream cheese is nice and soft and chop up your Christmas Tree Cakes and it should be easy to mix by hand!
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can use a food processor to mix your dip and ensure a more consistent texture. I prefer some bits of cake!
  • Reserve a full or even partial Christmas Tree Cake to add to the top of your dish as a cute garnish!
  • If you’re making this dip ahead of time, wait to add the sprinkles just before serving. The color in the sprinkles may run if the dip sits for too long.
