Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, use an electric hand mixer or stand mixer (with paddle attachment) to blend 1 8 oz block cream cheese, ½ cup mayonnaise, and 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese until smooth.
Stir in about 4 slices of the crumbled bacon and 2 Tbsp green onions.
Spread the mixture evenly into a glass 9x9” pan and sprinkle with ¼ cup Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and drizzle ½ cup Captain Rodney’s Sweet and Spicy Pepper Glaze evenly over the hot dip. The sprinkle the dip with the remaining bacon and green onions.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
