  • 8x8 or 9x9 Glass Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm, then cut into squares and enjoy!

  • White Chocolate Chips: Choose a good high-quality white chocolate.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: NOT evaporated milk.
  • This fudge is very soft. Do not be discouraged if it doesn’t set up as solid as you expected. Give it plenty of time to chill and then enjoy the creamy softness!
  • Be careful as you heat your chocolate as white chocolate can easily become seized and burnt. Stir well between each microwave to give it time to melt.
  • For perfect slices, let your fudge get nice and cold before you try to cut it and then run your knife under warm water (and dry it off before using). It should slide through easily!
