Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Slice the 1 lb Ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces then add to a bowl.
  • To the bowl add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
  • Drizzle the 1 tbsp avocado oil and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned steak bites and toss again to ensure they are coated.
  • Once preheated, arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Place the air fryer basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The steak bites should be browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Drizzle 2 tbsp melted butter over the rested steak bites and toss to coat them in the butter.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites as a garnish.

Ribeye Steak: Ribeye is naturally tender and delicious. You could substitute a different cut of meat if you like, but the higher quality the cut the higher quality the meal.
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder: You could also use fresh garlic
Avocado Oil: Avocado oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil so it won’t burn as quickly and won’t cause your air fryer to smoke
Worcestershire Sauce
Butter & Fresh parsley: Adds incredible flavor to the meat at the end
Your cooking time may depend on the thickness of your steak and your air fryer. Keep an eye on your steak the first time you try this recipe as you learn your air fryer.
It’s important to preheat your air fryer for this recipe. It gives the steak a nice quick sear as soon as you add it to your air fryer which adds to the overall flavor.
Let your steak rest before you take a bite. As steak cooks, the juices move towards the exterior of the meat but as it cools those juices seep back into the meat. Letting it rest for just a few minutes really does make a difference in how juicy and tender the meat is.
