Easy Zucchini Bread Recipe

Zucchini Bread is a great way to sneak some veggies into your snacking. This thick, moist bread comes together easily and is filled with warm spices and cinnamon flavor.

Ingredients List:

All Purpose Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Soda Cinnamon Zucchini Nutmeg | Eggs Vegetable Oil Lemon Juice

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients together.

Use an electric hand mixer to combine the wet ingredients into the dry until well combined.

Evenly divide the batter between two loaf pans. Then bake until a toothpick can come out clean.

Expert Tips:

If you want a denser, moister bread, sometimes I will make this recipe and use 2 cups of thickly grated zucchini with the water squeezed out, 1 cup of finely grated UNsqueezed zucchini, and then add ⅓ cup of water to the recipe.
