Easy St. Patrick's Day Cookies

These St Patrick’s Day Cookies are perfectly easy to make using a boxed cake mix and some green food dye. You will love how soft and chewy these cookies are, and how they are the perfect addition to any St Patrick’s Day celebration!

Just SEVEN simple ingredients are needed to make this craving a reality!

In a large standing mixer, add in the cake mix and all the wet ingredients and combine. Then cover the bowl and allow to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon worth of dough and roll into a ball. Then roll in the sugars before placing evenly on a prepped baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the tops are cracked and set. Then allow to rest for about 5 minutes on a cooling rack.



Allow the cookies to cool all the way before eating them. When biting into the cookies before they are cooled, the texture will be too wet! The cookies continue to cook as they cool, so this step is important.
